I think, if we add a constructor that takes the "body" of the Panel as a parameter, it will be very much useful.
Code:
public Panel(Box body);
public Panel(Box body, String title);
In the initUI(), you can do body.setSize(Dimension.fill()) and the initUI can take "body" as a paremeter too.
This way, I can have a Box (or Box derived container) of my own to be used in the Panel's body.

That's a good idea. I've added that and committed it. If you update from the repository it should be there.
