ThreadManager removed, WorkManager added

I've been in a big "cleanup xjava phase" the past few days and now that Properties have been completely re-written and replaced I moved on to ThreadManager.  ThreadManager was extremely fast but created a lot of excess garbage when executing thousands of work units per second.  The successor, WorkManager, reduces garbage creation significantly and has simplified and add many capabilities to the system.  I've tagged xjava 1.0 for people still using the old Properties and ThreadManager so they are not forced to upgrade immediately and I don't have to support a bunch of deprecated code.
